All our watches are new and guaranteed genuine, and each one comes with a warranty.
Warranty coverage
- Casio and Citizen: 1-year international warranty.
- Seiko: 1–2 year international warranty, depending on the model.
- Grand Seiko: 2-year worldwide supplier-backed warranty, with claims coordinated by Crown & Canon.
- Other brands: a 2-year supplier-backed warranty or the manufacturer's warranty, depending on the brand.
Warranty claims
Manufacturer warranty claims are handled by the brand's authorized service center.
For supplier-backed warranty claims, email Crown & Canon at Joe@crownandcanon.net with details and photos of the issue. We will coordinate the repair with our supplier.
